Is it nummular eczema with sec infection?
What is the response to treatment?
It is indeed nummular eczema with sec infection. (I mean that was my diagnosis too!). He had several other lesions also. I have started him on oral antibiotic (I don’t remember which one) and a combination cream.
Incidentally I have published a study of antibiotic sensitivity profile in Dubai. Erythromycin & co-trimoxazole retains very good activity (because of reduced use?) while commonly used antibiotics have developed resistance.
