  1. It is indeed nummular eczema with sec infection. (I mean that was my diagnosis too!). He had several other lesions also. I have started him on oral antibiotic (I don’t remember which one) and a combination cream.

    Incidentally I have published a study of antibiotic sensitivity profile in Dubai. Erythromycin & co-trimoxazole retains very good activity (because of reduced use?) while commonly used antibiotics have developed resistance.
