How did you treat him?
As per the history he has not used any steroid cream. If I remember correctly he is applying some anti fungal cream at present. My differential diagnosis are:
1. Insect bite
2. Allergic contact dermatitis
3. Granuloma annulare
4. Or is it Wells syndrome induced by a preceeding tinea?
