This 35 year old Asian male patient presented with this unilateral hyperpigmented sclerotic patch over the face for 20 years. What is your diagnosis?

  1. Dear Dr. Bell,
    You should have posted 1-2 more photos with front view and with lat view showing upper level of lesions.To me lesions are raised hypopigmented(not hyper) papules and plaques + some koenner.There are islands of normal skin in between. Frankly speaking I could not diagnose it. Just a chance- can it be confluence of verruca plana.Are you planning biopsy?
